<Q> Quotation

Definition: Use <Q> for short quotations. It is conventionally enclosed in quotation marks that are appropriate to the context of the language; in English, for example, it would be enclosed in single quotation marks or matching double marks (nested quotes would alternate). The LANG attribute is responsible for setting the language context.
